Why?

In 2015 the former Sun editor joined Outside Organisation, the agency led by showbiz PR legend Alan Edwards, with responsibility for strategic direction and a particular focus on content generation and new business. Among the first national newspaper editors from the social media age to switch to PR, balancing traditional media relations with social and digital strategies are among his priorities.

There has been a sense of uncertainty and foreboding in some client sectors, but life goes on.

We continue to use all outlets possible, depending on the client: traditional hand-in-hand alongside digital.

Twitter.

Where is your most useful live professional networking place?

Football stadia, concert arenas and the pub on the corner.
