Digital has gone from the afterthought to the forefront. And thank God I haven't faxed a press release to anyone in years.

What is the biggest single challenge facing the profession in your market?

PR as an industry can be baffling, especially to very product and numbers driven executives. There's a lot of internal education that has to be done to appreciate the power of PR as a strategic partner.

What is the best piece of advice you ever received?
