Louise Seest

Louise Seest is Head of Internal Communications in Danske Bank. She has more than 15 years of experience in strategic formulation and promotion of agendas to a large number of internal target groups, using all possible channels in a variety of complex organisations. Louise has a strong understanding and insight into the importance of well-planned internal communication for a company’s reputation and commercial results. Her insight is derived from serving and advising executive management on all matters of internal communication and communicating management’s business strategy.
Louise's professional competencies range from strong journalistic craftsmanship to competent coordination, leadership and strategic work. Her skills enable her to develop an internal communication where strategy, leadership and HR form a synthesis. Her strongest asset lies in the ability to successfully drive processes of change. She knows what the task demands and she controls the process with the necessary overview, persistence and structure.

Leslie Maunsbach is Head of Internal Communications at Fortune 500 company Autoliv, Inc., the worldwide leader in automotive safety systems, which develops and manufactures automotive safety systems for all major automotive manufacturers in the world. Autoliv has more than 80 facilities with more than 60,000 employees in 28 countries.
She has a BA in Communications from Missouri Southern State University/Luther College attended Malta University and an MBA from Stockholm University.
Leslie, a trained journalist, is a dual Swedish/American citizen who has worked in international branding marketing and communications roles in around the world since 1995.

Muriel is Head of global internal communications & social media in APM Terminals – sister company of Maersk Group – employing 25000 staff in 64 different locations around the world. Her strengths are in steering and shaping strategic communications clearly linked to corporate and business priorities, from Internal Communications to external Social Media. She implemented Social Media as an additional channel when she started working in the company in 2011, following a strategy based on Brand awareness and measurement of reach and impact. Her key words: big picture, strength of simplicity, segmentation, measurement. Prior to her current role Muriel worked for Shell in both corporate and business functions where communicating change was a significant part of her activities. Currently based in The Hague, NL, Muriel has lived in eight different countries and raised three children while pursuing her career.

Jochem van de Laarschot is currently Head of Communications at Van Lanschot, a wealth management firm based in the Netherlands with Private Banking, Asset Management and Merchant Banking activities in five countries. At Van Lanschot, Jochem is responsible for internal and external communications, investor relations and content management. Jochem worked for ABN AMRO as spokesman and Head of Media Relations from 2000 to 2008. Before joining Van Lanschot, he was VP Corporate Communications at Ahold, the food retail company with operations in Europe and the United States.

At the heart of the Internal Communication strategy is employee advocacy (transforming employees into your greatest ambassadors) and in the last 3 years Holly has redesigned and created, global channels to facilitate this. Before her role in Internal Communication, Holly worked in various Corporate Relations functions at HEINEKEN in 3 different countries and holds a Masters degree in History of Art & Spanish.
Julia Hart
Director of Global Communications for the Decorative Paints business of AkzoNobel, whose brands include such household names as Dulux, Sikkens and Flexa.

Julia began her career as a journalist in the UK and the US before moving into communications over 20 years ago – first on the agency side and then for large multinationals such as Philips and Ahold. One of her areas of interest is internal communications. She has been with AkzoNobel for almost five years, where her previous role was Director of Global Internal Communications.
Currently Julia is responsible for the global communications function within AkzoNobel’s paint business, including external reputation-building, CEO positioning and strategy development. She runs a team of global communicators executing internal and external communications in more than 80 countries around the world.
