Meta has promoted Campbell Brown to oversee a new global media partnerships team. Brown, who has served as Meta's VP of news partnerships since 2017, will now focus on broader media partnerships in addition to news. She will oversee a team that manages partnerships with sports leagues, film studios, broadcasters, streamers, digital media companies and news publishers across all of Meta's products, Axios reported.

Advocates are calling for the accessibility gains that took place during the pandemic to be made permanent, such as remote work and closed captioning in virtual meetings. They’re also calling on employers to do more with lessons learned from lockdown. 

YouTube has launched a feature to help users pick out the most popular parts of a video they’re watching, an especially helpful feature for longer videos that are not broken down into sections. The enhancement was previously available as a test that YouTube Premium subscribers could access.
