ITN has made two senior appointments for its news service to ITV. Max Prangnell, currently editor of BBC’s Kilroy, will take up the new post of News at Ten special reports editor. Tim Rogers, currently a BBC Wales reporter, has been appointed as Wales and West of England correspondent.
