MEDIA: Walker joins up with Dempster

Tim Walker, acting editor of the Daily Mail’s Weekend lifestyle section, is to become Nigel Dempster’s new deputy on the paper’s diary. He replaces Adam Helliker, who left to edit the Sunday Telegraph’s diary this summer. Walker has previous diary experience, having edited the Pendennis diary in the Observer and the People column in the European.
