The agency will help Clarks Kids to support brand-building campaigns.
The campaign will focus on key kids ranges & sub-brands, including Clarks First Shoes, CICA sports shoes and Bootleg, a range for 'tweenagers'. The brief also encompasses an international strategy role.
The agency won the brief in a seven-strong competitive pitch that included Frank and Mischief.
Starting immediately, Shine will report to children’s brand manager Simon Hathway, who said: ‘Shine demonstrated significant UK & international experience and a clear understanding of our core audience, as well as providing solid strategic thinking in engaging a wider mass audience.'
