Property services company Hillier Parker has shortlisted four PR firms

following a decision to drop its retained PR consultancy, Infopress,

early next month.

The company, whose business activities include property acquisition and

development, letting, valuation and fund management, has retained

Infopress for the past three years on a general corporate brief.

The account has involved wideranging work, including business-to-

business communications, property and retail press work and issues-

related projects, such as fair rates and out of town retailing.

However, it is understood Hillier Parker now intends to move its press

relations work in-house, resulting in a significant reduction to the

pounds 80,000 fee earned by Infopress.

It is understood that Infopress repitched for the account along with

several other agencies last month, but it was not shortlisted.

Hillier Parker partner Greg Nicholson confirmed: ‘They were invited to

talk to us, but now we are looking to appoint a new agency.’
