under the APCO brand.



A Moreau Lascombe subsidiary, APCO France is headed by general manager

Charles-Henri d’Auvigny, formerly an associate director with French

public affairs consultancy Concord Consulting Group.



Jerome Lascombe, chairman of GCI Europe and Moreau Lascombe’s managing

director, said that the original intention had been to structure a

public affairs department within Moreau Lascombe but a separate company

to service the French market was judged more sensible.



‘Paris is an important place if you want to have influence, even within

the European Union,’ he said.



Lascombe said that the agency’s target was to achieve fee income of

dollars 1 million (pounds 645,000) in two to three years’ time.
