BORDER LINES: DUBLIN - Moloney takes Irish PRCA chair

The Irish Public Relations Consultants Association has appointed Michael Moloney as chairman for the coming year. Moloney is managing director of the Dublin-based agency Setanta Communications, which he founded in 1986. He takes over from Betty Griffin, manager of Dimension. The association represents 34 PR agencies in Ireland, which together employ more that 400 people and generate a fee income of around pounds 15 million per year.
