STOP PRESS: FD hired to improve Body Shop’s City face

The Body Shop is believed to have appointed Financial Dynamics as its first retained financial PR agency. Traditionally, The Body Shop has handled financial PR in-house but the change is thought to have been instigated by head of communications Marina Galanti as she tries to improve the retailer’s standing in the City. FD worked on a brief project for The Body Shop two years ago but is now thought to be on a retainer.
