2010 Create will be held in the five host boroughs of Greenwich, Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest.

The pitch is being handled by the London Borough of Hackney.

The brief states: 'The Five Host Boroughs Unit Culture team is seeking to commission a PR agency to devise, execute and evaluate the Create 2010 media strategy and campaign.

'The aim is to raise public, media and industry profile and awareness of the Create festival in 2010.'

The estimated value of the contract is placed at between £10,000 and £25,000. The tender deadline has now passed, but no appointment has yet been made.

In January, the Olympic Park Legacy Company - the company responsible for the post-2012 development of the Olympic Park - appointed Karen Webb as director of marketing and communications.

Webb will be responsible for the overall positioning, branding and promotion of the Olympic Park, including the development of the marketing, events and comms strategy.
