International trading group Inchcape is looking for an agency to
relaunch its flagship employee magazine Inchcape World.
The company has seen presentations from various agencies in the last
month, including six-year incumbent Dewe Rogerson Corporate
Publications, and is poised to see several more. The business, annually
wil be worth around pounds 100,000 in budget,.
Paul Barber, Inchcape group corporate affairs director, said an
appointment was likely in the next two months.
Barber said the new magazine would be shaped by the conclusions of a
recent international communications review of Inchcape’s 45,000-plus
staff (PR Week, 16 February). In particular, he said the new-look
magazine would have more employee involvement than before.
He said: ‘We want to make employees contribute to, and feel part of, the
magazine. Our foremost goal must be to meet our employees’ needs.’
