The agency has won briefs with Anite, a London-listed travel tech firm, and Town Centre Securities, a main market LSE-listed real estate company.

Both are financial PR accounts, focused around reporting results and trading updates, day-to-day media and analyst relations, and M&A and crisis and issues support.

The firms have been advised by new Hogarth managing director Hoare since the late 1990s and moved with him from Ludgate (now part of Weber Shandwick) to Smithfield and now to Hogarth.

Hoare and Kate Hunt, previously directors at Smithfield and co-heads of its small and mid-cap business, switched to rival Hogarth in Feburary.
