The Mexican Public Relations Association is poised to be the next
trade body to join the International Committee of Public Relations
Consultancies Association, known as ICO. ICO regroups national
associations of PR agencies, and now has 25 members, representing over
650 PR firms. The US, Greek, Turkish, Slovenian and Czech associations
have all joined in the last six months, according to ICO president
Jean-Leopold Schuybroek. ’We are looking to expand our membership in
Asia,’ said Schuybroek.
