Reporting to economic development and planning director Ken Frankish, the corporate officer will co-ordinate communication activities and manage external and internal communication strategies and the council’s web site. The community publicity officer will join the council’s two-strong press and publicity unit and will report to press and publicity officer Fraser Davie.
