Mansion Group brings in Broadgate Mainland, Raven Russia switches from Pelham to Cardew.

The Mansion Group, a property advisory firm, has appointed Broadgate Mainland to manage its PR. The brief will initially focus on maximising coverage of the firm across specialist IFA and retail intermediary trade press, with the aim of raising investment into The Mansion Student Accommodation Fund - a Channel Islands-listed fund launched last December.

Raven Russia, the AIM-listed Russian property firm, has handed its retained City PR account to Cardew Group. The firm had previously used Pelham Bell Pottinger and gave the brief to Cardew without a competitive pitch.

The Energy Networks Association has appointed Trevor Loveday as its head of external affairs. He joins the trade association from Ofgem, where he had been head of communications since 2006. He has also worked as a journalist on Utility Week. The ENA represents the interests of companies which run the pipe networks that deliver electricity and gas to the UK.

Intela, an international online marketing agency, has appointed Tavistock Communications to handle its financial PR.

Accuity, the provider of software and data for banking payments, has brought in Cognito to raise awareness of its products. The Cognito team will be led by managing director Rod de St Croix.

Hydrodec Group, an AIM-listed renewable oil firm, has given its retained financial PR adviser brief to Corfin Communications, a specialist in small carbon footprint chemical processing and high performance oil refining.
