has hired Kestrel Communications/Worldcom to create an international PR
programme for its latest TV audience research tool.
Worldcom is the world’s largest association of independent PR
consultancies with claimed billings of pounds 87 million.
Television Audience Research and Information System (TARIS), which
launched in the UK in May, is a system capable of monitoring digital
