PR EUROPE: MILAN - MS&L takes control of Mavellia

Manning Selvage and Lee has acquired a majority stake in its Italian affiliate Mavellia. The agency will be known as Mavellia MS&L, and managed by founder Adriana Mavellia. Lou Capozzi, chairman and CEO of MS&L, European strategic development director Alasdair Sutherland and Dominique Rongier, southern Europe chief financial officer for MS&L parent The MacManus Group, will join Mavellia’s board of directors.
