Sirenia, a newly formed company which is buying 31 pubs in the

South East, is hunting for a financial PR agency.

The new company is currently completing deals totalling pounds 15.8

million with Regent Inns and Grosvenor Inns for its first acquisitions,

and expects to float on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) within

the next year.

The group is backed by David Bruce, founder of the Firkin pub chain,

Luke Johnson, chairman of PizzaExpress and Michael Cannon, former owner

of the Magic Pub Company, which he sold to Greene King for pounds 200

million last year. Sirenia’s acquisitions include four Hedgehog and

Hogshead outlets.

Bruce is a member of the Grosvenor Inns board but will step down after

the sale of 15 of its pubs to Sirenia is concluded.
