Children’s charity the Starlight Children’s Foundation has
appointed its first PR and marketing co-ordinator, Ailsa Wilson, who
joins from Burson-Marsteller where she is an account executive in the
healthcare division. Wilson will take over the responsibilities
currently outsourced by the charity on a retainer basis to Joplin PR,
which has conducted a profile-raising campaign for Starlight as well as
handling media relations. The agency will continue to work with
Starlight on a project basis.
