Lexis PR hires former Slice MD Jason Gallucci to help run business

Lexis PR has called in the former MD of Slice PR to help manage the agency alongside CEO Margot Raggett.

Jason Gallucci has become MD and will share day-to-day agency management with Raggett, who will spend more time on Lexis’ international expansion plans.

She will concentrate on the agency’s integration with New York-based M Booth & Associates, which Lexis’ parent company Next Fifteen bought for $17.25m last September.

Gallucci was previously MD of Slice PR for four years, before he sold his shares to the Engine Group and left last September. He has been freelancing in the interim.

Prior to Slice, Gallucci was MD of Hill & Knowlton’s buzz marketing division PiranhaKid. He started his career at Freud Communications in the late 1990s. 

Raggett said Gallucci joins at a time of real growth for the agency. Recent client wins include Budweiser, Kellogg’s and Flora. She said: ‘He will add real value with the breadth of experience that he brings.’

Lexis has recently launched a division specialising in over-fifties marketing, and was also named one of only four agencies to be accredited with Three Star status in the Best Companies survey.
