HP adds Bite to strategy

HP has completed the overhaul of its global PR arrangements, handing Bite its lucrative corporate and sustainability business in EMEA and Asia-Pacific.

Bite displaces previous incumbent Hill & Knowlton. Earlier this year, HP consolidated its corporate crisis and issues business with Weber Shandwick (PRWeek, 21 January).

HP director of international external comms Christina Schneider said the decision was the 'next step in our strategy of collaborating with the world's best agencies'.

HP has held successive global reviews over the past year, with Edelman and Burson-Marsteller also netting specific accounts.
