CDP has become the latest advertising agency to jump on the PR
bandwagon with the appointment of Amelia Lyon, formerly an account
manager at PR firm Caroline Neville Associates.
Lyon has joined CDP in the newly created post of PR director, where she
will work in an integrated team to bring the agency’s advertising
messages to a broader audience.
The team will provide sales promotion, direct marketing, database
marketing, events management and advertising expertise.
She is currently pitching to some of the biggest clients belonging to
CDP, whose client list includes Honda, Benson and Hedges and Going
Lyon said: ’The reaction so far has been good. Companies want to get PR
riding off the back of the ad campaigns.’
Lyon worked in beauty, fashion and sponsorship at Caroline Neville.
