GMTV political editor Gavin Partington is leaving the TV company
next month to join Brunswick as a consultant.
Partington starts his job at Brunswick on 18 May after ten years in
He will work across the agency’s public affairs, broadcasting and
electronic media units.
The agency has not decided which clients he will work on yet.
Brunswick’s public affairs book includes BA, London Electricity,
Safeway, GEC and Airtours.
Partington, 35, has worked as GMTV’s political editor for two years and
was previously the breakfast TV channel’s political correspondent for
five years, joining at the station’s inception. He leaves GMTV the day
after the Scottish Parliament, Welsh Assembly and local council
