Technology: Yabber wins Post-it work

New social media shop Yabber has signed its first major client, securing digital PR duties for the Post-it brand.

The account comes after Yabber was launched in late 2009 as the social media division of digital agency Profero.

Yabber MD Carolyn Watt, formerly head of social media at MindShare, said that a six-month campaign would showcase the full range of Post-it products.

Helene Manga, Post-it brand manager, said: 'Conversational or earned media is an essential part of our marketing strategy in 2010; both as a direct marketing channel to drive digital engagements, traffic and conversions on our website, as well as to drive the effectiveness of Post-it's paid media strategy.'
