Flaherty pointed out that a key topic was ‘rapidly changing expectations of company behaviour', fuelled by the rise of digital media.
He notes that author Don Tapscott told delegates that ‘companies should undress for success. Sunshine is the best disinfectant.'
‘This year's World Economic Forum meeting made clear the need for businesses to adapt to the rapidly changing expectations about company behavior and the transparency and connectivity enabled by the digital revolution,' said Flaherty.
'As advisors to marketers and senior management, we have the opportunity to help as they adapt and communicate more effectively,' he added.
