It was a ‘major stumbling block,’ says Beech. ‘Paul is as obsessive

about Leeds as I am about Man United.’



Beech eventually overcame his misgivings and plans to arrive at his new

office armed with United paraphenalia.



But he adds: ‘Both teams are still in the Cup and if they both get to

Wembley, separate offices could be in order.’
