Brighton-based Midnight will aim to raise the profile of the business as the Government renews focus on care provision in the home.
Midnight's campaign will seek to raise awareness of Carewatch and its services.
The Midnight team will work with both regional media to flag up Carewatch's 140 franchises and company-owned offices. It will aim to promote the new management team and the investment it is putting into growing the business.
Founded in 1993, Carewatch now provides more than 21,000 people of all ages with more than 200,000 hours of care and support services each week.
In addition to supporting elderly people, Carewatch provides support services to adults and children with learning/physical disabilities and those with mental health needs.
