Flack: (Saving) on expenses - Zouk Tea Bar and Grill, Manchester

Reviewer Suzanne Johns, managing director, Approach PR.

What is it good for?

Zouk Tea Bar and Grill has brought contemporary Kashmiri dining to on-the-go professionals with a perfect place for networking and client meetings. Its funky decor and theatre-style kitchen makes it a treat to watch the chefs flip naans in the air and, with cooking classes on the menu, Zouk offers an experience, not just another curry house. It is a stone's throw away from city PR agencies.

Signature dish

It has all the staple curries, but includes gourmet burgers with Indian spices and has the best seafood selection I've seen. If you're not feeling adventurous, the lamb nahri is amazing.

Who's the boss?

Zouk is the brainchild of the Bashir family, who really make the effort to get to know each customer - we have always had such a personal experience.

Tips please?

There are so many tempting dishes to choose from, my main tip is to save room for desserts.

What's the damage?

Main dishes are all under £15.
