Colin Walkey, Rover Group’s former director of external affairs, has joined Birmingham-based agency Haslimann Taylor as a director. Walkey left Rover earlier this year after 10 years. In the interim he worked as a freelance consultant. Haslimann’s clients include PowerGen and Kenning Rental.
