Scope Ketchum clients are to get a taste of the youth market with

the launch of a specialist unit to woo the younger consumer.

Branded under a separate name, the unit will focus on the agency’s drink

brands including Carlsberg, Tetley’s Bitter and Beefeater Gin. Chris

Wood, a Scope Ketchum employee of four years, will head the

department.

To support Wood, the agency has hired Nadia Gabbie from the youth

marketing company Revolver as account director. It has also recruited

Dave Robinson from Holmes and Marchant Counsel as account manager.

The new division is designed to complement Scope Ketchum’s mainstream

consumer practice group. It specialises in FMCG brands such as Pedigree

Chum, Whiskas and Uncle Ben’s.
