M&G, the UK’s biggest unit trust provider, has switched its
corporate PR account from Dewe Rogerson to Brunswick.
The agency change ends a four-year relationship with Dewe Rogerson and
was prompted by senior management changes at M&G earlier this year.
In January Michael McLintock took over from David Morgan as managing
director of M&G, while Morgan assumed the role of chairman. McLintock,
who was at Barings and Morgan Grenfell before M&G, had previously worked
with Brunswick and is believed to have favoured the agency over Dewe
Led by agency partner Alison Hogan, Brunswick will give assistance with
financial calendar events, such as annual results, and with corporate
announcements such as board level appointments. Lansons Communications
continues to handle M&G’s product PR.
