BORDER LINES: TORONTO - Rowland and Argyle form union

Rowland Worldwide has forged an affiliation agreement with Canadian agency Argyle Communications, which will become Rowland’s first representative in Canada. The agency, to be known as Argyle Rowland Worldwide, is based in Toronto and has a staff of 20 led by chief executive Ray Argyle. Its clients include healthcare software company MediSolution and Anderson Consulting. Rowland has 35 affiliates worldwide. In North America, it has three wholly-owned offices, but no affiliates.
