Jordan will leave B-M at the end of February after seven years at the agency.

He will be succeeded by Matt Carter, co-founder of Penn Schoen & Berland Associates (PSB). Carter is also a former general secretary of the Labour Party.

He is currently managing director for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region at PSB. In his new role he will retain a strong relationship with PSB and will continue to serve as its EMEA chairman.

Jordan joined B-M in April 2003 from Fleishman-Hillard, where as a senior vice president, he spent nearly five years as head of the technology, media and telecommunications practice.
