Kindred’s client services director Nick Mustoe will replace Oliphant, who is leaving to pursue other interests.

Kindred would not reveal if she has another role to go to, and Oliphant was unavailable for comment.

Nick Mustoe was one of the founders of Kindred in January 2009 when his advertising agency Mustoes merged with Geronimo Communications to form the integrated agency.

The restructuring also sees former director Lorna Gozzard move into Mustoe’s former client services director role.
