Frank PR has netted briefs with a pair of CSR-orientated organisations, We Are What We Do and Global Cool.

We Are What We Do, best known for its ‘I'm Not A Plastic Bag' collaboration with designer Anya Hindmarch and its ‘Change The World For A Fiver' book, is an organisation aiming to ignite social change through everyday actions.

The agency will work on the group's latest campaign to unite different generations.

Global Cool, the climate change charity, aims to inspire people to cut their carbon footprint by working with celebrities and the entertainment industry. Frank will back its latest campaign, focusing on travel and featuring a number of celebrity supporters backing its messaging.

Frank PR chairman, Graham Goodkind, said: 'As the economy recovers we're seeing a bit of a trend for consumers to once again be more interested in ethical and environmental issues and how brands interact in this area.  Perhaps the downturn distracted consumers a little as they became more price or cost obsessed.  I think CSR and CR related PR and issues management will become as important, if not more important, than they were pre-recession.'
