The chairman of Hill and Knowlton’s marketing communications
practice for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, MaryLee Sachs, has been
promoted to the new post of worldwide director, marketing
communications. She will advise the marketing directors within H&K’s
client base on marketing strategies and structures using PR, working
closely with H&K’s marketing communications staff in each region. ’She
will be handling 40 per cent of H&K’s revenues,’ said Paul Taaffe,
president, H&K Europe, Middle East and Africa.
