NEWS: The Better English Campaign...

The Better English Campaign, chaired by ITN anchorman Trevor McDonald, launched this week with help from sponsorship agency Kallaway. The firm beat six others to win the sponsorship and media relations contract to ‘raise awareness of the importance of accurate and effective communication in English’. The campaign is backed by pounds 250,000 of Government money and includes activities such as a Young Video Journalist competition for London schools.
