Brodeur Worldwide has bought a 30 per cent stake in its Italian

affiliate, hi-tech agency Image Time, and opened a second German office,

in Stuttgart.

Image Time was the eighth largest Italian agency in PR Week’s 1997

league of European firms. Brodeur has an option to acquire the remaining

70 per cent of Image Time from its founding partners Myriam Koppel and

Gianni Catalfamo, by 2004. Brodeur Kohtes and Klewes, Brodeur’s

25-strong Dusseldorf-based German agency, has opened an office in

Stuttgart, which will service clients including IBM. The four-strong

office will be headed by Sabine Huckmann, who joins from hi-tech agency

Ferck Euro-PR, where she was managing director of the Stuttgart office.
