Phillips said the agency’s return was due to the member organisation continuing to ‘regain its voice through its leadership team and board’.
Phillips added: ‘Three years ago, I couldn’t see what the PRCA truly offered its members, especially those of us who already invest heavily in areas such as training and development.
'I also did not believe that the PRCA was best qualified to present a powerful and united voice in and for the industry.’
Edelman was a PRCA member between 1981 and 2007.
