Richard Linning, co-owner of top ten Brussels agency Public Relations Partners, has been elected president of CERPS, the European Confederation of Public Relations Associations. CERPS represents associations like the IPR, whose members are individual PR practitioners as opposed to agencies.

Relations Partners, has been elected president of CERPS, the European

Confederation of Public Relations Associations. CERPS represents

associations like the IPR, whose members are individual PR practitioners

as opposed to agencies.



He succeeds Thomas Achelis, chairman of Achelis and Partner in

Munich.



Linning will be president for a two-year term. ’My mandate is to make

CERPS work much more efficiently as a forum and promote interchange

between countries,’ said Linning.
