PARIS: French retail and corporate bank CIC is seeking an agency to
handle internal communications for its invoice financing arm,
FACTOCIC.
The firm invited seven agencies to pitch and has reached a two-strong
shortlist. It is expected to come to a decision within a month.
The selected agency will be briefed to devise key messages and an
internal communications strategy for FACTOCIC and to implement it. The
firm employs 100 staff across CIC’s 12 regional offices.
Francine Debra, market research executive at FACTOCIC, said: ’We are
looking for an agency to help us with our internal messages. Our company
is reaching the kind of size where we need a degree of coherence.’
Paris-headquartered CIC is made up of 12 regional banks. It services
both private and corporate clients. FACTOCIC advances money to clients
based on the face value of their outstanding invoices.
