Roshene Singh, SAT's chief marketing officer, told PRWeek on Monday a clearer tourism message must be a priority for the England bid. 'They need to get the tourism industry behind the bid,' said Singh, noting a World Cup would boost visitor numbers to the country.
Singh also advised the bid to step up its lobbying of other Fifa members.
The bid is thought to be close to appointing a PR agency, with Weber Shandwick and Havas Sport in contention.
