The brand currently uses various agencies in individual markets. Key agencies used on a project basis include MS&L, Reputation Inc and Comma.
Coca-Cola public affairs and comms director Tim Wilkinson said: 'An organisation like ours, which works in multi-markets, uses work across several different markets. We are looking for the right agencies to develop work that will be applied across Europe - specifically those with strong links in many European countries.'
A decision is expected early next year.
