British biscuit giant United Biscuits has consolidated its French
PR into a single agency with the appointment of Self Image to handle PR
for its recently acquired upmarket biscuit brand Delacre. Self Image has
worked for UB on its other French brands, BN and Verkade, for a year.
Its Delacre brief will be led by joint MD Monique Mehrez and will
include targeted campaigns at younger audiences and promoting the
biscuits as an accompaniment for ice cream. Delacre previously used
Grenoble-based agency PL Communication.
