regional governing bodies in France, is seeking an agency to handle its
corporate PR during next year’s football World Cup Finals. The council
wants promotion for its involvement in sporting events leading up to and
including the World Cup. It has suffered from low turnout in elections
and wants to promote its role to combat the declining vote. The council
also wants to raise its profile among businesses with money to invest in
the area.
