Hi-tech agency Noiseworks has been hired by international multimedia
company Creative Labs to spearhead a pan-European PR campaign.
Noiseworks will co-ordinate Creative Labs Europe’s continent-wide PR
strategy, liaising with seven other agencies across the region.
It will also develop a series of European branding and awareness-raising
programmes for the company, which provides sound, graphics and
communications products for PCs.
The new account, which will have a total budget of pounds 150,000 in the
first year, with around pounds 130,000 being fees, is being headed by
Noiseworks associate director Judith Bell.
The European win follows on from a three-year relationship with the
company’s UK operation, which has included campaigns to boost the brand
among tele-workers and the promotion of a sponsored survey into video-
conferencing trends. The Creative Labs UK business, which is also headed
by Bell, is worth pounds 90,000 in annual fees to the agency.
Bell said the new campaign would target a variety of audiences, ranging
from teenage computer game enthusiasts to home-workers and industry
She said: ‘Our main aim will be to communicate a strong corporate
branding strategy that will see the company through the next three to
five years of product launches, however diverse they may be.’
