Consumer agency IC&M is considering selling to communications giant
McCann-Erickson. IC&M chief executive Antonio Sournier has been
approached by McCann-Erickson but said that other offers from agencies
had also been considered. He made it clear that a deal with
McCann-Erickson had not yet been struck. Sournier founded IC&M five
years ago and it now employs 60 staff across its two offices in Madrid
and Mexico City. Its clients include Procter and Gamble and the
Pillsbury Group.
