Paris-based fashion label Hermes has appointed Spin Media to handle
PR for the launch of a store in Manchester - the label’s first in the UK
outside London.
The consumer and retail account was won following a competitive pitch
against Mason Williams.
The luxury goods and ready-to-wear label retains Halpern Associates for
its national consumer PR.
Spin Media is planning a series of fashion shows and exhibitions running
into next year targeting regional print media, radio and television.
’We are going to have a media campaign focusing on a whole range of
ready-to-wear goods for the younger market,’ said Spin Media managing
director Andy Spinoza.
Hermes’ acting press officer Lucy Nicholls is based in London and
liaises with head of press Ina Delcourt, who is based in Paris.
